Therapy with me
I believe therapy is a human process. We work together to understand your story and experiences.
I work one on one with adults on anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, family conflict, self esteem, boundaries and relationships. All sessions are currently video calls.
Fees
$120 per session, private pay. Two sliding scale slots are currently available as of November 2026. If finances are a constraint, please let me know. I have flexibility.
About me
I studied civil engineering at Wayne State University and graduated in 2019. I didn't feel like the work was meaningful, so I went back to school for counseling and graduated with my master's from Oakland University in 2025. Since then I've been in private practice, exploring people's stories.
The book
Over the last few years I wrote a book, The Trauma Logic Chain. It argues that most of what we call psychopathology follows one causal process, and that healing follows one too. It's free at www.traumalogicchain.com.
